Château Juvenal welcomes you from Easter to All Saints’ Day, either as a bed and breakfast (daily housekeeping and breakfast included) or in self-catering cottages (weekly housekeeping and breakfast not included — available as an option at €20 per adult/day, half price for children under 12).

Housekeeping, bed linen, towels, hygiene products:
In both the cottages and the bed and breakfast, your beds are prepared for your arrival according to your preference (twin beds or king-size bed, maximum two people per room except for the Genêt Suite, which can accommodate up to two children in the small adjoining room for an additional €20 per child per night).
Bath and pool towels are provided in your bathroom.
Each room has its own bathroom, equipped with hygiene product dispensers and toilet paper.
Household cleaning products are also provided in the cottage kitchens, as we aim to help you travel as light as possible.
For stays longer than one week in the cottages, housekeeping is carried out at the end of each week with a change of bed linen and towels.

Table d’hôtes
We offer a table d’hôtes dinner on Wednesday evenings, upon reservation 48 hours in advance, at €54 (half price for children under 12). The price includes drinks (estate wines, fruit juice, sparkling or still water), starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee or herbal tea.

Outdoor Facilities
The swimming pool is located away from the main buildings, on the west side, in a closed and secure area. Sun loungers are arranged all around, and a shelter preserves its cleanliness and warmth when the weather is less favourable. When the weather allows, or upon request, we open the shelter.
A shared laundry room is available in the courtyard near the farmhouse, including a washing machine, utility sink, ironing board and iron, as well as laundry products. Laundry can be dried outdoors near the pool area.
A hammam and a massage room are also located nearby. These facilities are available for your use (please ask us for access to the hammam).

A fully equipped summer kitchen is set up in the park, near the pool, inside the garden pavilion.
It includes everything needed for cooking and for eating lunch or dinner, and offers bed and breakfast guests the possibility of enjoying meals on site (for example after returning from a Provençal market).
The use of the swimming pool and hammam, as well as access to the park, are included for both bed and breakfast guests and cottage guests.

Pricing Policy
We strive to offer rates adapted to long stays for groups of friends and families, while also welcoming travellers with limited time.
Our prices are therefore designed with this in mind.

We have set variable rates depending on the period, the length of stay, and the type of accommodation.
The price indicated for the cottages varies according to the number of rooms: lowest price for one room, highest for three rooms, and intermediate price for two rooms (maximum two people per room).

Arrival and Departure
To allow us to clean between stays, departures must be before 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. onwards.

Payments
Your booking is confirmed after receipt of the deposit: 30% of the stay for bed and breakfast rooms, 40% for the apartments.

The remaining balance will be requested the day before your departure.
For the deposit payment, we accept:

For the balance payment (on site), we accept:
• credit cards
• French cheques
• bank transfers
• holiday vouchers
• cash

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
In cases of force majeure, the deposit is refunded in full.
Otherwise, and to allow other travellers to benefit from the freed availability, we ask you to inform us as early as possible and no later than one month before your arrival in the apartment.

Your deposit will then be refunded; otherwise, it is retained.

Pets
Pets are not accepted, but we have two very sociable cats. They must not go upstairs or enter the apartments to avoid triggering allergies in some of our guests.
